The founders
Etienne Magdinier, ACCA
Supporting CEOs and CFOs to strengthen the reliability of financial information and secure strategic decisions.
Etienne is a Chartered Accountant qualified in France and the UK, with more than 10 years of experience alongside executive and Finance leadership teams. After 8 years at Deloitte, he contributed to the development of the Accounting Advisory practice, supporting international groups on transformation programs and financial performance improvement. In 2025, driven by an entrepreneurial ambition, he co-founded Magmalys to address the needs of leaders and entrepreneurs in performance steering and financial optimisation.

Jamel-Cédric Lema, MBA
Performance management and EPM expert, at the intersection of Executive Leadership, Finance, and Business teams.
Jamel-Cédric Lema is Co-Founder and Partner at Magmalys, a performance management and EPM expert. He supports executive and Finance leadership teams in the strategic alignment of the Finance function: translating the company plan into performance models, indicators, and steering mechanisms that can be used day to day. For nearly fifteen years, he has worked on programs where indicators must become true instruments to steer value creation.
